A Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, I have over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of organisations at senior levels specialising in HR, recruitment and retention, training and development.  

In collaboration with Professor Michael Arthur of Suffolk University Boston, I helped pioneer the ‘Intelligent Career’ approach to help individuals and organisations encourage ownership of career development.  

For the past 16 years, I have specialised in working with students from the age of 16 through to university and into their first jobs, and have found this a richly rewarding experience.
