my background
A Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, I have over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of organisations at senior levels specialising in HR, recruitment and retention, training and development.

In collaboration with Professor Michael Arthur of Suffolk University Boston, I helped pioneer the ‘Intelligent Career’ approach to help individuals and organisations encourage ownership of career development.

For the past 16 years, I have specialised in working with students from the age of 16 through to university and into their first jobs, and have found this a richly rewarding experience.
The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.
Thank you Alice, great service and highly recommended!
Alice asked the right questions which in turn led me to see the career I wish to achieve and taught me the necessary skills in net working to maximise my chances
We are all very grateful for everything Alice has done and could not recommend her highly enough
Her enthusiasm is infectious and this combined with all her ideas helps me consider and be more open to trying new things.
